Android DevRel

I designed a landing page for the Android DevRel team — a group focused on supporting internal developers and testers across Android. The goal was to create a clear, approachable hub that communicates the team’s mission, resources, and support offerings.

From outdated to outstanding — we gave DevRel’s landing page a glow-up it deserved.

As part of a redesign for the internal Android DevRel team, I reimagined a legacy landing page that had long relied on a standard, outdated template. The goal was to elevate the user experience while aligning with the team’s updated brand identity.

We introduced a more playful, approachable layout — using updated branding colors and visual elements to reflect the Android design system and foster a sense of familiarity for internal teams. From a UX standpoint, the structure was simplified to improve content discovery and guide users more intuitively through available resources and support channels.

On the UI side, we incorporated subtle but meaningful motion — such as animated link and arrow hovers — to add a layer of interactivity and polish that was missing in the previous static design. These micro-interactions helped modernize the interface and enhance usability without overwhelming the content.

The result: a refreshed, branded experience that feels both functional and friendly — built for the developers, by designers who get them.
